摘 要:重型汽车往往需要运载大量货物,在长期超负荷的运转之下液压系统极易出现渗漏问题,导致油液浪费,给汽车的正常运行带来极大的安全隐患。基于以上原因,文章将以重型汽车渗漏故障分析为核心,从液压系统渗漏故障与处理、前悬挂系统渗漏故障与处理两方面进行分析,为改进重型卡车系统,提高运输效率提供经验参考。Heavy vehicles often need to carry a large number of goods.Under the long-term overload operation,the hydraulic system is prone to leakage,which leads to the waste of oil.To a certain extent,the normal operation of the vehicle brings great security risks.Based on the above reasons,this paper will take the leakage fault analysis of heavy truck as the core,and analyze the leakage fault and treatment of hydraulic system and front suspension system,so as to provide experience reference for improving heavy truck system and improving transportation efficiency.
