摘　　要：随着汽车保险量的增加,保险理赔纠纷问题越来越突出。调查研究表明保险合同条款的深入理解与否是保险理赔纠纷的主要原因。文章探索利用互联网技术和激励策略促使车主理解保险合同条款,减少保险合同理解分歧,进而减少事故理赔纠纷。Insurance claim disputes become more and more prominent with the increase of vehicle insurance.The investigation shows that the main reason of insurance claim disputes is the different understanding of insurance contract.This paper using Internet technology and incentive strategies to promote car owners understanding the content of the insurance contract can reduce the differences in understanding the insurance contract,and then reduce the dispute of accident claims.
