摘　　要：为了检验参加全国肺功能检查临床应用与质量控制规范化培训学员的学习状况,以及评估与反馈肺功能检查规范化培训的授课情况和教学质量,国家呼吸系统疾病临床医学研究中心牵头开展了培训后考核工作。根据学员的职称和工作岗位需求,分为医师考核和技师考核两类,主要通过笔试和操作考试两种方式进行考核,包括理论知识考核和实践技能考核两部分,考核内容主要是肺通气功能检查和支气管舒张试验的检测原理、技术方法、质量控制、结果判读与临床应用。考核的合格分数线采用调和Angoff法而设定,通过考核者可获得培训证书。To examine the study of trainees who participated in the standardized training of clinical application and quality control of pulmonary function test,and evaluate and give feedback on the teaching quality of standardized training of lung function test,National Clinical Research Center of Respiratory Disease led a post-training assessment. According to trainee’s professional title and job requirements,the assessment was divided into two types: physician assessment and technician assessment. The assessment included written examination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills examination. The main contents of the assessment were the test principle,technical method,quality control,result interpretation and clinical application of spirometry and bronchodilation test. The passing score of the assessment was set by using the Harmonic Angoff method. Trainees can receive the training certificate if they pass the assessment.
