锯齿形双层玻璃幕墙供冷期传热性能数值模拟

摘  要:提出锯齿形双层玻璃幕墙,利用计算流体力学方法,模拟研究西安地区供冷期分别采用锯齿形双层玻璃幕墙、平面双层玻璃幕墙、单层幕墙的房间的速度、温度分布,分析双层玻璃幕墙风口高度、进风口空气流速对内幕墙温度(为内幕墙内表面平均温度)、室内得热量(为通过单位面积幕墙进入室内的热流量)的影响。研究结果表明:同一时间,截面平均空气温度随房间高度的增高而增大。距地面2 m高度内,锯齿形双层玻璃幕墙房间的截面平均空气温度基本没有变化,平面双层玻璃幕墙房间变化比较小,单层幕墙房间变化最大。截面空气温度由低到高的顺序为锯齿形双层玻璃幕墙房间、平面双层玻璃幕墙房间、单层幕墙房间。3种幕墙的内幕墙温度、室内得热量随太阳辐照度的变化而变化,先增大后减小。在13:00—20:00,单层幕墙内幕墙温度、室内得热量的变化最为明显,其他两种幕墙的变化不显著。其他时间,3种幕墙的内幕墙温度、室内得热量基本接近。进风口空气流速一定时,增大风口高度可降低内幕墙温度、室内得热量。风口高度一定时,增大进风口空气流速可降低内幕墙温度、室内得热量。锯齿形双层玻璃幕墙的性能最佳。A sawtooth double-glazed curtain wall is proposed,and the computational fluid dynamics method is used to simulate and study the velocity and temperature distribution in rooms with sawtooth double-glazed curtain wall,flat double-glazed curtain wall and single-layer curtain wall in Xi’an area during the cooling period.The influence of the height of the air outlet and inlet of the double-glazed curtain wall and the air velocity of the air inlet on the temperature of the inner curtain wall(the average temperature of the inner surface of the inner curtain wall),and the indoor heat gain(the heat flow into the room through the curtain wall per unit area)are analyzed.The research results show that at the same time,the average air temperature of the cross section increases with the room height.Within 2 m height from the ground,the section average air temperature of the sawtooth double-glazed curtain wall room basically does not change,the flat double-glazed curtain wall room changes little,and the single-layer curtain wall room changes the most.The order of section air temperature from low to high is sawtooth double-glazed curtain wall room,flat double-glazed curtain wall room,and single-layer curtain wall room.The inner curtain wall temperature and indoor heat gain of the three types of curtain walls change with the solar irradiance,which increases first and then decreases.From 13:00 to 20:00,the changes in the inner curtain wall temperature and indoor heat gain of the single-layer curtain wall are the most obvious,while the changes in the other two curtain walls are not significant.At other times,the inner curtain wall temperature and indoor heat gain of the three types of curtain walls are basically close.When the air velocity at the air inlet is constant,increasing the height of the air outlet and inlet can reduce the temperature of the inner curtain wall and the indoor heat gain.When the height of the air outlet and inlet is constant,increasing the air velocity at the air inlet can reduce the temperature of the inn
