摘　　要：为使静态浸泡试验能够有效地进行橡胶膜片的耐液体性能等级评定,将现行国家标准中橡胶膜片耐液体性能要求的2个指标(质量变化率和体积变化率),扩展为4个指标(质量变化评定指数、体积变化评定指数、试样外观变化评定指数、试液外观变化评定指数),通过这4个指标求得综合评定指数,利用综合评价方法建立了橡胶膜片耐液体性能等级评定方法。对35组静态浸泡试验合格试样进行耐液体性能等级评定,结果显示该方法可以用于橡胶膜片耐液体性能的等级评定。静态浸泡试验与橡胶膜片耐液体性能等级评定方法相结合,不仅能够完成橡胶膜片耐液体性能的判定,还能进行橡胶膜片的耐液体性能的等级评定,拓展了静态浸泡试验的应用范围。In order to enable the static immersion test to effectively evaluate the liquid resistance grade of rubber diaphragms,the two indicators(mass change rate and volume change rate)required for the liquid resistance of rubber diaphragms in the current national standard are extended to four indicators(quality change evaluation index,volume change evaluation index,sample appearance change evaluation index and test liquid appearance change evaluation index),the comprehensive evaluation index is obtained through these four indicators,and the evaluation method of liquid resistance grade of rubber diaphragms is established by the comprehensive evaluation method.The liquid resistance grade of 35 groups of qualified samples in the static immersion test is evaluated,and the results show that this method can be used to evaluate the liquid resistance grade of rubber diaphragms.The combination of static immersion test and evaluation method of liquid resistance grade of rubber diaphragms can not only complete the determination of liquid resistance of rubber diaphragm,but also evaluate the liquid resistance grade of rubber diaphragms,which expands the application scope of static immersion test.
