摘　　要：本文先进行主观评价,查找典型工况,排查相关零件,然后采集稳态工况车内噪声、滤波;回放查找异常频率,根据转速比推测问题零件为主减速器,再采集加速工况车内噪声、主减速器振动,通过阶次分析确认异音来自主减速器。最后进行换装和验证,问题得到解释。In this paper,the subjective evaluation is carried out first,the typical working conditions are found,and the relevant parts are investigated.Then,the interior noise of the steady-state working condition is collected,and the abnormal frequency is found by filtering and playback.According to the speed ratio,the main reducer of the problem part is speculated.Then,the interior noise of the acceleration working condition and the vibration of the main reducer are collected,and the abnormal sound is confirmed by order analysis to autonomous reducer.Finally,the problem is explained by changing and verifying.
