摘 要:本文深入研究了以通用汽车底盘为基础的专用车作业过程中各系统对动力的差异化需求,以及长期以来高油耗、高排放的双发动机动力方案处于统治地位的原因,利用多能混动技术实现动力完全解耦,设计了能耗效率很高且完全适应多种专用车动力需求的单发动机动力系统方案,并自主研发了该系统的核心动力单元,大大提高了整车能耗效率,节能减排效果高达30%。In this paper,the differential power demand of each system in the operation process of engineering special purpose vehicle based on general automobile chassis is studied,and the reason why the dual engine power scheme with high fuel consumption and high emission is dominant for a long time is studied.The multi-energy mixing technology is used to realize the complete decoupling of power,and the single engine power system scheme with high energy consumption efficiency and fully adapted to the power demand of various special purpose vehicles is designed.The core power unit of the system is independently developed,which greatly improves the energy consumption efficiency of the whole vehicle,and the energy saving and emission reduction effect is up to 30%.
