李达基于“固本澄源法”和血论治慢性白血病经验初探

摘　　要：慢性白血病,常见慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)、慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)、慢性粒单核细胞白血病(CMML),具有起病较缓慢、病程较长、侵袭性相对偏低、符合门诊慢性病管理等共同特点。李达教授在传承梁冰名医经验基础上,认为正虚毒蕴为慢性白血病基本病机,提出以固本澄源法为总则,注重扶正固本,辅以解毒澄源,和解正邪,促进血和获效之辨治思路。临证辨治CML重在补脾肾、清髓毒以增效减毒,CLL偏于健脾益气、活血化痰解毒,CMML强调补虚为要,消缓瘀毒。Chronic leukemia,common chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML),chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL),chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML),has slow onset,longer course,relatively low invasiveness,and conforms to outpatient chronic diseases Common features such as management.On the basis of inheriting LIANG Bing’s famous doctor’s experience,Professor LI Da believes that the accumulation of positive deficiency and poison is the basic pathogenesis of chronic leukemia.The idea of differentiation and treatment of harmony and effectiveness.Clinical differentiation and treatment of CML focuses on invigorating the spleen and kidney,clearing marrow toxins to increase efficacy and reducing toxins.CLL tends to invigorate the spleen and Qi,promote blood circulation and resolve phlegm and detoxify.
