朱西杰胃肠病三焦同治创新性治疗思路研究

摘　　要：三焦辨证不仅运用于温病的辨证,且对内伤杂病的治疗起到指导性意义。历代医家对三焦有着不同的见解,但以上、中、下三焦划分人体为纲,以温病病名为目,将六经、脏腑及卫气营血辨证理论相互贯穿,被大多数人所认同。导师朱西杰教授根据多年临床经验,提出胃肠病,囊括上焦食道,中焦脾胃,下焦大小肠。提出以三焦同治法治疗胃肠病,即胃肠以通为顺,以降为用,创新通以缓胃之急,降以祛肠之浊,上中下三焦同治法,临床效果显著,是现代治疗胃肠疾病的创新性思维。Sanjiao syndrome differentiation is not only used in syndrome differentiation of febrile disease,but also plays a guiding role in the treatment of internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases.Physicians of the past dynasties have different opinions on the triple jiao,but the upper,middle,and lower triple jiao divide the human body as the key,with the febrile disease as the target,the six meridians,the viscera and the Weiqiyingxue dialectical theory are intertwined,which is recognized by most people.Based on years of clinical experience,the tutor,Professor ZHU Xijie,proposed gastrointestinal diseases,including upper Jiao esophagus,middle Jiao spleen and stomach,and lower Jiao large and small intestines.It is proposed to treat gastrointestinal diseases with the same method of triple-burner treatment,that is,the gastrointestinal tract is smooth,and the lowering is used,the innovation is to relieve the urgency of the stomach,reduce the turbidity of the intestines,and the upper,middle and lower triple energizers are treated at the same time.The clinical effect is significant.It is modern Innovative thinking for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.
