摘　　要：头痛是针灸科常见病症及优势病种,常规以太阳、阳明、少阳、厥阴等经络辨证为主。刘颖教授认为,除此之外,应考虑太阴、少阴及督脉、任脉等奇经辨证,并总结了太阴头痛、少阴头痛、督脉头痛、任脉头痛等症的主要特征及选穴方法。针灸治疗头痛时以六经及奇经进行辨证,不仅能对症灵活选穴,提高治疗效果,也能丰富经脉辨证的内涵,具有一定临床及理论价值。Headache is a common disease and dominant disease in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion.It is routinely based on the differentiation of meridians such as the sun,yangming,shaoyang,and jueyin.Professor Liu Ying believes that in addition to this,we should consider Taiyin,Shaoyin,Du Channel,Ren Channel and other odd meridian differentiation,and summarized the main features and symptoms of Taiyin headache,Shaoyin headache,Du Channel headache,Ren Channel headache,etc.Point selection method.The acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of headaches is based on the six channels and the odd meridian for syndrome differentiation,which can not only flexibly select acupoints to the symptom,improve the treatment effect,but also enrich the connotation of the meridian syndrome differentiation,which has certain clinical and theoretical value.
