赵瑞成运用钩芍通络汤治疗肝阳上亢型高血压性眩晕经验

摘　　要：介绍赵瑞成教授运用钩芍通络汤加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压性眩晕的经验。高血压性眩晕是临床常见的心血管类疾病,其本质是高血压引发的头晕,西医学多以口服降压药控制血压而缓解眩晕。赵教授认为,在中医上高血压性眩晕以脉络瘀阻、阴虚阳亢、肝肾不足为基本病机,以肝为主要病位。强调敛阴、通络、补肾同时进行。辨证与辨病相结合,自拟钩芍通络汤加减治疗,取得了良好疗效。This article introduces ZHAO Ruicheng’s experience in treating hypertensive vertigo due to hyperactivity of liver-yang by using Goushao Tongluo decoction.Hypertensive vertigo is a common clinical cardiovascular disease.Its essence is dizziness caused by high blood pressure.Western medicine mostly uses oral antihypertensive drugs to control blood pressure and relieve vertigo.ZHAO believes that in traditional Chinese medicine,hypertensive vertigo is based on the basic pathogenesis of collateral stasis,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,and liver and kidney deficiency,and the liver is the main disease location.Emphasize that the yin,dredging and tonifying the kidney should be carried out at the same time.Combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,self-made Gooshao Tongluo decoction modified and subtracted treatment,and achieved good results.
