新安医家治疗夜咳临证经验探析

摘　　要：夜间咳嗽是古今常见疾病之一,也是肺系多种疾病的一个症候。新安医学是中医学的不可或缺的一部分,新安医家辈出,医著宏富,思想争鸣,治疗夜咳理论实践丰富。通过搜集与新安医家论治夜咳有关的文献资料,通过整理研究比较将相关内容分为夜咳病因病机、共同特色、分证论治3方面来阐述,旨在为夜咳的研究及治疗提供参考。Nocturnal cough is one of the common diseases in ancient and modern times,and it is also a symptom of many diseases of the lung system.Xin’an medicine is an indispensable part of traditional Chinese medicine.Xin’an doctors have emerged in large numbers to treat Hongfu,contend for thoughts,and have rich theory and practice for treating night cough.Through the collection of documents related to the treatment of night cough by Xin’an doctors,the relevant content is divided into three aspects:the etiology and pathogenesis of night cough,common characteristics,and the diagnosis and treatment of night cough through collation and comparison.The aim is to study and treat night cough.for reference.
