摘 要:目的:阐明巴戟天酒炙后在机体能量代谢上是否与盐炙具有相似的温肾助阳炮制增效作用。方法:采用氢化可的松复制雄性大鼠肾阳虚模型,分别给予不同剂量的巴戟天生品、酒炙和盐炙品干预,观察对肝组织能量代谢相关酶Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)以及血液中能量代谢相关物质总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、葡萄糖(GLU)的活性和含量变化。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠肝组织中Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性显著降低;血清总胆固醇(TC)和葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著的降低,甘油三酯(TG)含量显著升高,差异均有统计学意义。与模型组相比,盐炙组中剂量可显著升高Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP酶活性,降低甘油三酯(TG)含量;酒炙组中剂量可显著升高4种酶和总胆固醇(TC)的活性和含量,且在Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP酶活性的提升上极为显著;盐炙组和酒炙组高剂量对4种酶和总胆固醇(TC)、葡萄糖(GLU)的活性和含量均能显著升高,降低甘油三酯(TG)含量,且酒炙组高剂量对Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP酶、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和总胆固醇(TC)的改善优于盐炙组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:巴戟天酒炙在机体能量代谢上具有与盐炙相似的炮制增效作用,且作用较盐炙更优。Objective:To clarify whether Morinda officinalis has the similar effect of warming the kidney and boosting yang in the body’s energy metabolism after drinking.Methods:Hydrocortisone was used to replicate the kidney-yang deficiency model in male rats,and different doses of Morinda officinalis,boiled and salted products were given interventions to observe the effects of Na +-K +-ATPase related to liver tissue energy metabolism.,Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATPase,succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),as well as blood energy metabolism related substances total cholesterol (TC),triglycerides (TG),glucose (GLU) The content changes.Results:Compared with the normal group,the levels of Na +-K +-ATPase,Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATPase,succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in liver tissues of model group rats Significantly reduced;serum total cholesterol (TC) and glucose (GLU) levels were significantly reduced,and triglyceride (TG) levels were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant.Compared with the model group,the medium dose of the salt-moss group can significantly increase the levels of Na +-K +-ATPase and Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATPase,and reduce the level of triglycerides (TG);the medium-dose of the salt-moss group can significantly increase Increases the levels of 4 enzymes and total cholesterol (TC),and the increase in Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP enzyme levels is extremely significant;the salt-dried group and the alcohol-dried group have high-dose effects on the 4 enzymes and total cholesterol (TC),Glucose (GLU) level can significantly increase,reduce triglyceride (TG) level,and the high-dose alcohol group has an effect on Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATPase,lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and total cholesterol (TC).) Improved better than the salt-moistened group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Morinda officinalis has a similar processing and synergistic effect to the energy metabolism of the body,and the effect is better than that of salt.
