摘 要:目的:观察不同煎煮方法对八味地黄汤药效的影响。方法:以八味地黄汤作为研究药物模型,将煎药机自动煎药方法设为对照组,将根据方剂中药材特性进行正规化煎煮设为观察组。观察两种不同煎煮方法总浸出物量、丹皮酚含量、煎出率及RSD情况。结果:观察组总浸出物量160g、丹皮酚含量0.021g/L,煎出率11.58%及RSD2.38%均高于对照组总浸出物量145g、丹皮酚含量0.012g/L、煎出率10.28%及RSD2.14%。结论:根据方剂中药材特性进行正规化煎煮较煎药机自动煎药可有效提高八味地黄汤药质量,提取药物有效成分,充分发挥药效。Objective To observe the effect of different decocting methods on the efficacy of Bawei Dihuang Decoction.Methods Bawei Dihuang Decoction was used as the drug model,the automatic decocting method of decocting machine was set as the control group,and the regularization decocting according to the characteristics of Chinese medicinal materials was set as the observation group.The total extract content,paeonol content,decocting rate and RSD of two different decocting methods were observed.Results The total extract content of 160g,paeonol content of 0.021g/L,decoctions rate of 11.58% and RSD2.38% in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,which were 145g,0.012g/L,decoctions rate of 10.28% and RSD2.14%.Conclusion Compared with automatic decocting machine,regular decocting according to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicinal materials can effectively improve the quality of Bawei Dihuang Decoction,extract the effective ingredients and give full play to the drug effect.
