孙氏经验方治疗气阴两虚型心悸患者的效果及对心率变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨孙天福教授运用养阴稳心汤治疗气阴两虚型心悸患者的效果及对心率变异性的影响。方法:选取符合标准的119例气阴两虚型心悸患者作为观察对象,掷币法将其分为2组,对照组59例接受常规西药治疗,观察组60例加用养阴稳心汤治疗,观察2组患者治疗效果、心率变异性指标以及心率震荡指标。结果:治疗后,观察组患者SDANN、SDNN、PNN50以及RMSSD均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者TS以及总有效率高于对照组,TO低于对照组,Lown分级程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孙天福教授运用养阴稳心汤治疗气阴两虚型心悸患者效果显著,养阴稳心汤能有效减轻室性早搏程度,改善心率震荡及心率变异性,利于患者预后,值得推荐。Objective:To investigate the effect of Professor SUN Tianfu’s application of Yangyin Wenxin decoction on patients with palpitations due to deficiency of both Qi and Yin and its influence on heart rate variability.Method:119 patients with heart palpitations due to deficiency of both qi and yin were selected as the observation objects,and divided into 2 groups by coin tossing method.59 cases in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and 60 cases in the observation group were treated with Yangyin Wenxin decoction,Observe the treatment effect,heart rate variability index and heart rate oscillating index of the 2 groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the SDANN,SDNN,PNN50,and RMSSD of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);the TS and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,TO was lower than the control group,and the Lown grades were all excellent In the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Professor Sun Tianfu’s use of Yangyin Wenxin decoction to treat patients with heart palpitations due to deficiency of both Qi and Yin is effective.Yangyin Wenxin decoction can effectively reduce the degree of ventricular premature contractions,improve heart rate turbulence and heart rate variability,and is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.It is worth recommending.
