摘 要:成贵高铁宜宾金沙江公铁两用桥为双层桥面拱墩固结钢箱系杆拱桥,结构体系复杂、施工过程体系转换多、构件安装难度大、精度控制要求高。为确保施工过程受力安全可靠、成桥状态线形平顺、受力合理,结合大桥的结构特点、施工难点,针对性开展施工控制工作。对拱墩固桥钢箱拱肋悬臂拼装扣锚索索力确定方法、拱肋合龙控制原则、柔性系杆张拉控制原则和次序、刚性吊杆应力控制方式等施工控制技术要点进行总结,可供同类桥梁施工控制参考。The rail-road bridge over Jinsha River in Yibin of Chengdu-Guiyang High Speed Railway is a doubledeck arch and pier consolidated steel box tied-arch bridge,which is characterized by complex structural system,numerous system transformations during construction,difficult installation of structural member and high precision control requirements.In order to ensure the safe and reliable stress during construction,as well as smooth alignment and reasonable stress of the finished bridge,the construction control work is carried out according to the structural characteristics and construction difficulties of the bridge.This paper summarizes the key points of construction control technology,such as the suspender assembly of steel box arch rib for arch and pier consolidated bridge and the determination method of anchor cable force,the closure control principle of arch rib,the tension control principle and sequence of flexible tie rod,and the stress control mode of rigid suspender,etc.,which can provide a reference for similar bridge construction control.
