摘  要:文章建立了用超级微波消解仪消解锡铅焊料样品,加入试剂为3 mL硝酸、1 mL氢氟酸和1 mL过氧化氢,消解后加入5 mL浓度为4%的硼酸溶液络合过量的氢氟酸,直接采用ICP-OES法测定样品中杂质元素的含量。检测方法的线性相关系数均大于0.9995,检出限在0.0004~0.0094 mg/L之间,加标回收率在96.6%~103.3%之间,精密度在1.1%~4.7%之间。能够满足快速准确测定锡铅焊料中杂质元素的需要。This method is established by digesting the tin-lead solder sample with super microwave digester,3 mL nitric acid,1 mL hydrofluoric acid and 1 mL hydrogen peroxide were added.After digestion,5 mL boric acid solution with 4%concentration was added to complexing the excess hydrofluoric acid,the content ofimpurity elements in samples was determined by ICP-OES.The linear correlation coefficients of standard curves are all greater than 0.9995.The detection limit is between 0.0004 mg/L~0.0094 mg/L.The recovery rate is between 96.6%~103.3%.The relative precision is between 1.1%~4.7%.The experimental results indicate that the method is quick and precise,and can satisfied the detection ofimpurity element contents in tin-lead solder.
