摘　　要：石油资源既是工业的血液,也是社会和经济发展的动力,还是现代人们生产生活的必需品。针对石油地质档案的开发与利用,能更好保护石油资源的有效使用。当前,在国家连续出台扶持政策、全面推进"互联网+"、打造数字经济新优势、培育新兴产业集群的大环境下,油气行业能否进一步把控石油地质档案的开发与利用,抓住机遇,真正做强做大,对所有石油人都是一道必答题。Oil is not only a resource for people’s daily life,but also a resource for people’s economic development.The development and utilization of petroleum geological archives can better protect the effective use of petroleum resources.At present,under the environment of continuous support policies,comprehensive promotion of“internet+”,and the creation of new advantages of digital economy and the cultivation of new industrial clusters,the oil and gas industry can further control and exploit the oil geological archives,seize opportunities and truly become stronger and bigger,which is a must for all oil people.
