摘　　要：近年来,随着中国社会经济的快速发展,城市基础设施建设高速增长,化工产品的需求量在大幅增加。在这样的背景下促进了化工生产企业蓬勃发展。众所周知,化工生产经营过程中,常常伴随着较大的安全风险,如果不能提前采取相应的风险防范措施,可能会导致严重的人员伤亡和财产损失,甚至对社会和环境造成重大的灾害性事件,社会影响极为恶劣。为此,文章就化工安全设计在预防化工事故发生中的作用,进行相应的分析和探讨。In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy in China,the urban infrastructure construction has grown rapidly,and the demand for chemical products is increasing greatly.In this context,chemical production enterprises have been promoted to develop vigorously.But it is well known that the chemical production and operation process often accompanied by a large safety risk.If the corresponding risk prevention measures are not taken in advance,it may cause serious casualties and property losses even cause serious disastrous events to the society and the environment,and the social impact is extremely bad.Therefore,the article analyzes and discusses the role of chemical safety design in preventing chemical accidents.
