摘  要:近年来,面对原油重质化、劣质化日趋严重的问题,常减压装置操作难度日益增大的困境,减压深拔技术受到越来越广泛的关注。文章简要介绍了减压深拔技术在国内外的发展现状及前景,总结了该技术在运用过程中普遍存在的问题,重点研究了影响减压深拔应用效果的因素,据此探讨现阶段提高常减压装置拔出率的途径,并为减压深拔技术的优化提出建议。In recent years,the phenomenon of heavy and inferior crude oil processing is becoming more and more obvious.The difficulty in operation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is increasing,technology on deep-cut vacuum distillation has attracted more and more attention.This paper briefly introduces the development status and prospect of deep-cut vacuum distillation at home and abroad,and summarizes the common problems in the process of application.This paper focuses on the factors affecting the application effect of deep-cut vacuum distillation,discusses the ways to improve the distillation yield of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit at present,and puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of deep-cut vacuum distillation.
