摘 要:中国油田主要分布于华北和东北地区,以大庆油田为例,该区域到了冬季以后气温会快速下降到-30℃左右,并且冰期时间持续较长,所以就不可避免地遭遇季节性冻土,到了夏季以后就会全部融化。考虑到油田管线数量多以及存在变形的因素,大多数管线都采取了埋地式铺设。虽然可以降低成本但由于传热、震动会引发冻胀以及融沉等问题,会对埋地管线产生不同程度的危害。为了保证油田管线安全运输以及延长使用寿命,文章通过对大庆地区输油管道沿线冻土区域地质问题进行详细研究,提出了减小季节性冻土危害措施,解决管道地基出现变形的问题。China’s oilfields are mainly distributed in North China and Northeast China.Taking Daqing oilfield as an example,the temperature in this area will rapidly drop to about-30℃in winter,and the ice age lasts for a long time,so it is inevitable to encounter seasonal frozen soil,and it will melt completely in summer.Considering the large number of oilfield pipelines and the factors of deformation,most pipelines are buried.Although the cost can be reduced,the heat transfer and vibration will cause frost heaving and thawing settlement,which will cause varying degrees of damage to buried pipelines.In order to ensure the safe transportation and prolong the service life of oilfield pipeline,this paper studies the geological problems of frozen soil area along the oil pipeline in Daqing area,and puts forward some measures to reduce the harm of seasonal frozen soil,so as to solve the problem of pipeline foundation deformation.
