摘 要:近年来,长庆陇东地区本着节能环保的开发理念,水平井井身设计以二开结构为主,受长裸眼井段地层泥页岩水化和水平段配钻井液(LSDF)老浆重复利用的影响,致使常规固控设备无法清除的纳米级颗粒不断在钻井液中累积,导致钻井液中的分散黏土含量(MBT)不断上升。在液柱的高压差作用下,黏土微粒被填充进储层孔隙中,使储层喉道孔径进一步缩小,引发水锁加剧,最终导致产量降低。为了解决这个问题,在实验室开发了一种DWF-II洗井液体系,该体系对储层流体配伍性良好,具有较好抑制性、防腐蚀和储层保护性能。室内试验表明,DWF-II洗井液能使现场LSDF伤害后的岩心渗透率恢复值得到明显提高,且效果优于酸液,尤其对于室内配制LSDF钻井液给岩心造成的伤害,可以完全克服。In recent years, based on the development concept of energy conservation and environmental protection, the horizontal well body design is mainly double open structure, influenced by the influence of formation mud shale hydration and reuse of horizontal slurry with drilling fluid(LSDF), the nanoparticles inaccessible by conventional solid control equipment accumulate in drilling fluid, causing the continuous rise of dispersed clay content(MBT) in drilling fluid. Under the high-pressure difference of the liquid column, the clay particles are filled into the reservoir pore to further reduce the aperture of the reservoir throat, causing an intensified water lock, and eventually causing a reduction in yield. To address this problem, in the laboratory, we have developed a DWF-II well washing liquid system has good reservoir fluid compatibility and good inhibition, corrosion prevention and reservoir protection performance. Indoor tests show that DWF-II well cleaning liquid can make the recovery of core permeability after LSDF injury on site worth significantly improved, and the effect is better than acid liquid, especially for the damage caused by LSDF drilling fluid, which can completely overcome.
