摘  要:通过测定混凝土水分蒸发速率、泌水速率、混凝土裂缝及收缩等数据研究分析水胶比对高流态混凝土塑性收缩及其开裂性能的影响。结果表明:在一定的范围内,水胶比过大或过小都会增加混凝土塑性开裂的可能;混凝土的塑性收缩及其早期塑性开裂与混凝土水分蒸发速率和泌水速率之间的差值的变化规律是一致的,要想改善混凝土的塑性收缩及其开裂必须控制水分蒸发速率,在前3 h采取必要的环境控制和养护措施才能达到比较理想的效果。We studied and analyzed the Influence of water-cement ratio on the plastic shrinkage and cracking of high-flowing concrete by measuring the concrete water evaporation rate,the rate of bleeding,the size of shrink and the crack size data.The results showed that,within a certain range,it will increase the possibility of plasticity cracking of concrete when water-cement ratio is too large or too small sands rates;Concrete plastic shrinkage and cracks has a direct relationship with moisture evaporation rate and bleeding rate.If we want reduce early plastic shrinkage of concrete and concrete plastic cracking,we can take the method of controlling the environment and concrete curing.It can achieve the desired results by controlling water evaporation rate in the three hours before.
