摘　　要：随着建筑业产业升级步伐的不断加快,在建筑施工领域新技术、新材料、新工艺、新方法的应用大量涌现,层出不穷。以济南市长清区公建项目四馆(文化馆、图书馆、档案馆、博物馆)工程为例,详细介绍建筑业10项新技术的创新与应用,为今后类似工程的建筑施工提供了有益的借鉴。With the acceleration of the upgrading of the construction industry,the application of new technologies,new materials,new processes and new methods in the field of construction has emerged in an endless stream.Taking the four public construction projects(cultural center,library,archives and museum)in Changqing District,Jinan city as an example,the paper introduces the innovation and application of 10 new technologies in the construction industry in detail,and provides useful reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
