摘  要:针对住宅楼填充墙开裂的具体案例,分析填充墙开裂的原因。根据检测数据和分析可知,其填充墙的裂缝并非由主体结构承载能力不足引起的。砌筑用加气混凝土砌块的强度、干缩性能和砂浆强度不符合设计要求,是造成填充墙裂缝的主要原因。结合该项目裂缝产生的原因及相关文献,提出建筑工程全寿命周期的裂缝控制措施。This paper aims to analyze the causes of the cracks of the infilled wall through a specific case of a residential building.The test and analysis show that the cracks of the infilled wall are not caused by the insufficient bearing capacity of the main structure.The strength,shrinkage performance of aerated concrete blocks for masonry and mortar strength do not meet the design requirements,which is the main reason for infilled wall cracks.Combined with the causes of the cracks and related literature,the crack control measures for the whole life cycle of the construction are put forward.
