摘　　要：文章阐述了环境健康防护的重要性和我国环境防护标准化发展历程,以及世界卫生组织等国际组织,发达国家如美、英、德国、日本等的环境健康防护标准化情况。这些发达国家不仅颁布了自然灾害、环境健康的应急标准,而且涉及对易感人群如老人、儿童对于环境危害因素的防护指南。文章还概述了我国近些年在环境健康防护中的研究进展,针对我国环境健康防护存在的问题,建议尽早建立发布《居民环境健康防护指南》技术系列文件。另外,在制定环境健康防护标准方面,建议开展以下三方面的标准化工作:环境危害暴露减量,居民健康防护倡导和环境健康防护技术产品标准。This paper expounds the importance of environmental health protection and the development of environmental health protection standardization in China,as well as the standardization of environmental health protection in international organizations such as the World Health Organization and developed countries such as the United States,the United Kingdom,Germany and Japan.In developed countries,not only emergency health protection standards for natural disasters and environmental health have been issued,but also guidelines for the protection of vulnerable groups,such as the elderly and children,against environmental hazards.This paper summarizes the research progress of environmental health protection in China in recent years.In view of the existing problems of environmental health protection in China,it is suggested to establish and publish the technical series of guidelines on environmental health protection for residents as soon as possible.In addition,in the development of environmental health protection standards,it is recommended to carry out standardization work in the following three areas:environmental hazard exposure reduction,residential health protection advocacy,and environmental health protection technology product standards.
