摘 要:目的探讨三维CT血管造影技术(three-dimensional CT angiography,3D-CTA)在颅内多发动脉瘤(multiple intracranial aneurysms,MIA)诊断中的应用效果。方法随机抽选本院2019年5月—2020年10月接收的80例确诊为颅内多发动脉瘤患者,所有患者均接受3D-CTA检查,分析检查结果。结果经3D-CTA检查,颅内多发动脉瘤检出77例,诊断准确率是96.25%。通过不同角度的旋转,能够将颅内动脉瘤清楚的显示出来,通过观察3D-CTA彩色图像,能够将动脉瘤生长方向、载瘤动脉、立体形态、瘤颈宽窄和瘤体大小等显示出来。动脉瘤分布位置:基底动脉瘤、椎动脉动脉瘤、大脑中动脉瘤、前交通动脉瘤、大脑前动脉瘤、颈内动脉末端动脉瘤、脉络膜前动脉瘤、后交通动脉瘤、颈内动脉眼动脉段动脉瘤、颈内动脉床突段动脉瘤、颈内动脉海绵窦段动脉瘤占比分别是1.25%、1.25%、8.75%、7.50%、1.25%、1.25%、11.25%、30.00%、15.00%、12.50%、6.25%。结论三维CT血管造影技术在颅内多发动脉瘤诊断中具有较高的应用价值,其能够将多发动脉瘤所处位置及病变状况等清楚的显示出来,从而更好的判断疾病,为临床诊治提供数据参考。Objective To investigate the application effect of three-dimensional CT angiography(3D-CTA)in the diagnosis of multiple intracranial aneurysms(MIA).Methods 80 patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms were randomly selected from May 2019 to October 2020.All patients received 3D-CTA examination and the examination results were analyzed.Results 77 cases of multiple intracranial aneurysms were detected by 3D-CTA.The diagnostic accuracy was 96.25%.Through the rotation of different angles,intracranial aneurysms can be clearly displayed.Through the observation of 3D-CTA color images,aneurysm growth direction,parent artery,three-dimensional shape,neck width and tumor size can be displayed.Distribution of aneurysms:basilar artery aneurysm,vertebral artery aneurysm,middle cerebral artery aneurysm,anterior communicating artery aneurysm,anterior cerebral artery aneurysm,internal carotid artery terminal aneurysm,anterior choroidal artery aneurysm,posterior communicating artery aneurysm,internal carotid artery ophthalmic artery segment aneurysm,internal carotid artery clinoid segment aneurysm,internal carotid artery cavernous sinus segment aneurysm accounted for 1.25%,1.25%,8.75%,7.50%,1.25%,1.25%,11.25%,30.00%,15.00%,12.50%,6.25%respectively.Conclusion 3D-CTA angiography technology has high application value in the diagnosis of intracranial multiple aneurysms,which can clearly show the location and pathological condition of multiple aneurysms,so as to better judge the disease,provide data reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
