SAP信息系统闭环给药对用药安全的影响研究

摘　　要：目的借助医院先进的SAP信息系统(systems applications and products in data processing),做好用药相关管控,确保住院患者用药安全。方法设计优化医院信息化给药流程,从医嘱、抄录、分发、制剂、调剂、给药、记录和药物疗效全面监测与管控,并全程可追溯,实现用药环节与流程的闭环管理。结果实施SAP信息系统闭环给药,2016年用药不良事件较2015年下降48.57%,2017年较2016年下降56.67%,用药错误不良事件发生率明显下降,给药流程更加规范。结论应用SAP信息系统,从医嘱规范、药方审核、护士执行全程信息化管控,有效实施闭环给药,全面保障患者用药安全。Objective With the help of the advanced SAP information system(systems applications and products in data processing)of the hospital,to do a good job in medication related control and ensure the safety of inpatients.Methods To design and optimize the hospital information drug delivery process,from the doctor's order,transcription,distribution,preparation,dispensing,administration,record and drug efficacy comprehensive monitoring and control,and the whole process can be traced,to achieve the closed-loop management of medication links and processes.Results When SAP information system closed-loop drug administration was implemented,the adverse drug events decreased 48.57%in 2016 compared with 2015,56.67%in 2017 compared with 2016,the incidence of adverse drug events decreased significantly,and the drug administration process was more standardized.Conclusion The application of SAP information system can effectively implement the closed-loop drug administration and ensure the safety of patients’medication.
