摘 要:合肥某区配网存在电源点变电站出口开关与下级开闭所出线开关同时跳闸问题,导致用户停电范围扩大。针对该情况,根据线路实际长度,综合考虑主网运行安全和配网保护选择性,对变电站出口开关及开闭所保护定值进行了优化配置,可最大程度避免开关同跳闸问题。案例中的线路应用后验证了该方法的有效性。The distribution network in a district of Hefei has the problem that the outlet switch of the power source substation and the outlet switch of the switching station trip at the same time,which has led to the expansion of the scope of power outages for users.In response to this situation,considering the actual length of the line,the safety of the main network operation and the protection selectivity of the distribution network,the protection settings of the substation outlet switch and the switching station are optimized to avoid the problem of simultaneous switch tripping to the greatest extent.The application of the line in the case verifies the effectiveness of the method.
