摘 要:随着医教协同深化临床医学人才培养改革的推进,大学附属医院的教学功能的重要性日益凸显。教学绩效考核能有效提升附属医院临床教师的工作积极性,也有利于促进附属医院教学质量的改善。由于大学附属医院教学类别繁多、教学形式丰富,其教学考核工作存在一定难度,提高教学绩效考核质量有利于直观了解教 学效果,这对临床教学工作至关重要。提高教学质量有 利于为临床培养优质人才,为此需针对大学附属医院教 学绩效考核的难点加以整改。文章介绍了教学绩效考核 研究的方法和进展,对其中存在的难点和问题进行分析, 提出对策和建议,为大学附属医院构建教学绩效考核体 系提供参考。With the advancement of the reform of clinical medical personnel training,the importance of the teaching function of the affiliated hospital of university is increasingly prominent.Teaching performance assessment is an important way to mobilize the enthusiasm of clinical teachers and improve the teaching quality of affiliated hospitals.Due to the wide variety of teaching types and rich teaching methods in the university-affiliated hospitals,there are certain difficulties in teaching evaluation.Improving the quality of teaching performance evaluation is conducive to intuitive understanding of teaching effects,which is very important for clinical teaching.Improving teaching quality is conducive to cultivating high-quality talents for clinical practice.Therefore,it is necessary to rectify the difficulties in teaching performance evaluation of university-affiliated hospitals.This paper introduces the research methods and progress of teaching performance appraisal,analyzes the difficulties and problems,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,and provides reference for the construction of teaching performance appraisal system in affiliated hospital of university.
