摘　　要：目的探讨儿童肱骨髁上骨折患儿选用肘前横切口与肘后弧形切口手术复位内固定治疗的价值。方法选取2017年1月-2018年1月收治90例儿童肱骨髁上骨折患儿研究,将其按不同切口分为2组,对照组(n=45,选用肘后弧形切口手术复位内固定治疗),观察组(n=45,选用肘前横切口手术复位内固定治疗),对比两组并发症发生率、肘关节功能、疗效优良率。结果观察组疗效优良率(97.78%)较对照组(82.22%)明显升高,P<0.05。观察组肘关节功能较对照组明显恢复得更好,P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率较对照组明显降低,P<0.05。结论儿童肱骨髁上骨折患儿选用肘前横切口手术复位内固定治疗对改善术后肘关节功能恢复效果,降低并发症发生率,提高疗效优良率效果更理想。Objective To explore the value of surgical reduction and internal fixation for children with supracondylar humeral fractures.Methods A study of 90 children with supracondylar fractures of the humerus selected from January 2017 to January 2018 was divided into 2 groups according to different incisions.The control group(n=45,selected posterior elbow incision surgical reduction and internal fixation),the observation group(n=45,selected anterior elbow incision surgery for reduction and internal fixation),and compare the incidence of complications,elbow joint function,and excellent efficacy of the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate(97.78%)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.22%),P<0.05.The function of the elbow joint in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Children with supracondylar fractures of the humerus who choose anterior elbow incision surgical reduction and internal fixation can improve the recovery of postoperative elbow joint function,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the effect rate.
