摘　　要：目的系统探究TB-PPD试剂与BCG-PPD试剂在结核病临床诊断中的应用对比,以期为临床结核病的临床诊断提供理论指导。方法本研究选取于2018年1月—2019年12月收治于我院的患者共821例作为供试对象,其中432例患者采用BCG-PPD试剂进行结核病辅助临床诊断(对照组),389例患者采用TB-PPD试剂进行结核病辅助临床诊断(观察组),通过比较两组间皮试强阳性率、中阳性率、轻阳性率以及痰涂阴样本的阳性率结果的差异,以系统探究TB-PPD试剂用于结核病辅助临床诊断的应用潜力。结果(1)观察组总阳性率和强阳性率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但是观察组和对照组的中阳性率和轻阳性率之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)对照组的痰涂阴样本的阳性率显著低于观察组的痰涂阴样本的阳性率(P<0.05)。结论TB-PPD试剂的总阳性率以及痰涂阴样本的阳性率显著高于BCG-PPD试剂,故对于结核病的辅助临床诊断具有指导意义。但是由于TB-PPD试剂与BCG-PPD试剂各自具有特定的优劣势,故在临床实践中,亦建议根据患者需求进行综合的考量。Objective To systematically investigate the application of TB-PPD reagent and BCG-PPD reagent in the clinical diagnosis of tuberculosis,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the clinical diagnosis of clinical tuberculosis.Methods This study selected in January 2018 to December 2019,a total of 821 patients with treated in our hospital were used as the object,of which 432 tuberculosis patients using BCG-PPD reagent to assist clinical diagnosis(control group),389 patients with TB-PPD reagent auxiliary clinical diagnosis of tuberculosis(observation group),through the comparison between the two groups of skin test light strong positive rate,positive rate,positive rate and the positive rate of sputum smear-negative sample result difference,assisted by system to explore TB-PPD reagent for TB clinical diagnosis of potential applications.Results(1)The total positive rate and the strong positive rate of TB-PPD reagent were significantly higher than that of BCG PPD reagent(P<0.05),but the difference between the medium positive rate and the light positive rate of TB-PPD reagent and BCG PPD reagent was not significant(P>0.05).(2)The positive rate of sputum negative coated samples of BCG-PPD reagent was significantly lower than that of sputum negative coated samples of TB-PPD reagent(P<0.05).Conclusion The total positive rate of TB-PPD reagent and the positive rate of sputum smear samples were significantly higher than that of BCG-PPD reagent,so it has guiding significance for the auxiliary clinical diagnosis of tuberculosis.However,since TB-PPD reagent and BCG-PPD reagent have specific advantages and disadvantages respectively, comprehensive consideration is also suggested according to the needs of patients in clinical practice.
