河道岸线功能区划定在嫩江干流的应用研究

摘　　要：河流岸线的有效保护与合理利用是中央全面推行河长制明确的重要任务,岸线边界线和岸线功能区的科学划定,是进行岸线保护、管理、执法的前提与重要依据。文章研究探索了季节性河流岸线边界线和岸线功能区的划定方法,并应用于嫩江干流那都里河口至三岔河口段,划定成果可为嫩江干流岸线分区分类管控提供科学依据,利用ArcGIS软件构建的河湖岸线空间信息“一张图”,可为河湖水域岸线保护与利用管理提供信息化支撑,划定方法可为其他类似河道岸线功能区划分提供参考。Scientific demarcation of coastline boundary and coastline functional area is the premise and important basis for coastline protection,management and law enforcement.This paper studies and explores the demarcation method of seasonal river shoreline boundary and shoreline functional area,and it is applied to the Nenjiang mainstream from Nadulihe river estuary to Sanchahe river estuary.The demarcation result can provide scientific basis for the classification and control of shoreline zoning in Nenjiang Mainstream.A?drawing of the spatial information of river and lake shoreline is constructed by using ArcGIS software.It can provide information support for river and lake shoreline protection and utilization management,and the demarcation method can provide reference for other similar river shoreline functional zoning.
