基于以太网技术实现一台PLC对两台PLC的组网控制

摘　　要：西门子公司生产的S7系列PLC是我国工业企业中使用量最大的PLC之一,在企业中由于PLC的大量使用,它们之间的控制和数据交换必然会非常频繁。设计了用1台S7-1200PLC控制2台S7-200 SMART PLC的实现方法,阐述了从硬件组网、通信程序编写到控制程序编写,希望对从事这方面研究的技术人员有所帮助。The S7 series PLC produced by Siemens is one of the most widely used plcs in industrial enterprises in our country.Because of the extensive use of plcs in enterprises,the control and data exchange between them must be very frequent,in this paper,the realization method of using one s7-1200 PLC to control two S7-200 SMART plcs is designed,which is explained in detail from hardware networking,communication programming to control programming.
