摘  要:在国标法重铬酸盐法人工测定水质COD的滴定过程中,使用重铬酸钾、硫酸银、硫酸亚铁铵等有毒有害的危险性物质,实验操作人员长时间与这些试剂存在多次接触,威胁到操作人员的健康。因此,有必要进行智能化的自动测定方法研究。随着化学滴定的进行,溶液的金属离子成分逐步发生变化,溶液颜色会陆续发生显著的变化,从黄色,到蓝绿色,最后到红褐色。将机器视觉技术引入自动滴定系统,设计了光学系统、颜色传感系统,设定了需要识别颜色的阈值。通过捕捉动态液体颜色变化,并与特定阈值比对,掌握滴定的进程,以便控制滴定速度,开始时滴定速度较快,接近终点色时减慢滴定速度,以提高测定的精度,从而实现多通道快速自动测试COD的目的。实验证明,系统对特定颜色阈值均能准确识别。本系统已应用于产品中,实现了水质COD的自动测定。In the titration process of the national standard potassium dichromate method for the manual determination of water quality COD,potassium dichromate,silver sulfate,ferrous ammonium sulfate and other toxic and hazardous substances are used,and the experimental operators have had multiple contacts with these reagents for a long time,Threatening the health of operators.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on intelligent automatic measurement methods.With the chemical titration progress being conducted,the metal ion composition of the solution gradually changes,and the color of the solution will change significantly,from yellow to blue-green,and finally to red-brown.This system introduces machine vision technology into the automatic titration system,designs an optical system and a color sensor system,and sets the threshold for identifying colors.By capturing the dynamic liquid color change and comparing it with a specific threshold value,the process of titration can be grasped to control the titration speed.The titration speed is faster at the beginning,and the titration speed is slowed down when the color is close to the end point,so as to improve the accuracy of the measurement and achieve the purpose of multi-channel rapid automatic testing of COD.Experiments have proved that the system can accurately identify specific color thresholds.This system has been applied to the product and realized the automatic determination of water quality COD.
