摘　　要：基于提升毕业生就业质量在教育强国建设中的重要地位,需要全面准确了解和监测高校毕业生的就业质量。做到这一点,需要构建一套全面并具有代表性的就业质量评价体系。以就业质量指数作为专业人才培养效果和预警系统的重要指标,采用因子分析方法构建了由4大维度、10项指标组成的毕业生就业质量评价体系,建立了毕业生专业就业质量评价指数模型。Based on the importance of improving the quality of employment of graduates in the education power construction,it is necessary to comprehensively and accurately understand and monitor the quality of employment of college graduates.To achieve this,it is essential to construct a comprehensive and representative employment quality evaluation system.In this paper,the employment quality index is taken as an important index of the training effect of professional talents and the early warning system,and the factor analysis method is used to construct the graduate employment quality evaluation system composed of four dimensions and 10 indicators,and the evaluation index model of the professional employment quality of graduates is established.
