重大工程项目治理机制对项目成功的影响研究

摘　　要：基于235份问卷调查,采用结构方程模型和AMOS软件对重大工程项目治理机制对项目成功影响假设模型进行验证,讨论合同治理机制、关系治理机制和行政治理机制的关系,进而分析项目治理机制对治理绩效的影响作用机理。研究结果表明,重大工程的合同治理机制、关系治理机制与行政治理机制均能提高治理绩效,从而实现项目成功。Based on 235 questionnaires,this paper uses structural equation model(SEM)and Amos software to verify the hypothesis model of the influence of megaproject governance mechanism on project success,discusses the relationship among contract governance mechanism,relationship governance mechanism,and administrative governance mechanism,and then analyzes the influence mechanism of project governance mechanism on governance performance.The results show that the contract governance mechanism,relationship governance mechanism and administrative governance mechanism of megaproject can improve governance performance and achieve project success.
