摘 要:采用有限元法计算了双分布聚合物泡沫的泡孔分布对材料热性能的影响。研究了不同孔隙率下材料热通量的变化,得到了泡孔分布形式、孔隙率与导热系数之间的关系。结果表明,孔隙率在30%~70%之间时,双分布泡孔结构材料的保温性优于单分布泡孔结构材料。其次,随着孔隙率与大孔径泡孔面积占比的增加,材料保温性能增强。最后,相同孔隙率的情况下,三分布泡孔结构材料中,随着大孔面积占比的增加,材料的保温性能增强。The influence of cell structure on the thermal properties of polymer foam with dual-distribution has been calculated by the finite element method.The change of material heat flux under different porosities is studied,and the relationship between the thermal conductivity and bubble distribution/porosity is obtained.The results show that the heat preservation performance of dual-distribution cell structure material is better than that of single-distribution cell structure material,especially when the porosity is between 30%and 70%.Secondly,with the increase of porosity and the proportion of large cell area,the thermal insulation performance of the material is enhanced.Finally,for the triple distribution cell structure material with the same porosity,with the increase of the proportion of big cell area,the thermal insulation performance of the material is enhanced.
