舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚在脂肪抽吸术中的麻醉效果及对患者苏醒期状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚在脂肪抽吸术中的麻醉效果及对患者苏醒期状况的影响。方法选择门诊2018年5月至2019年5月的60例行脂肪抽吸术的患者进行探讨,并将患者随机分组,平均分为两组,分别为对照组和试验组,每组各30例患者。其中试验组在行脂肪抽吸术时采用舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚持续泵入维持麻醉,对照组采用丙泊酚持续泵入维持麻醉。比较分析两组患者术后痛感出现时间、两组患者麻醉前后的疼痛程度,两组患者手术时间和术后苏醒时间、警觉/镇静(OAA/S)评分。结果试验组在术后0 h,3 h,6 h,9 h和12 h出现疼痛的患者例数均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),行麻醉后12h,结果显示,试验组评分为(1.37±3.5)分,对照组为(4.83±3.3)分,试验组评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组手术时间较对照组明显减少,试验组患者苏醒时间明显低于对照组,比较患者苏醒程度OAA/S评分,试验组评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组心率(HR)为(82±2.6)次/min,明显低于对照组(90±3.2)次/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚对脂肪抽吸术患者进行麻醉,可明显较少患者出现疼痛的例数,并降低其麻醉后的疼痛程度,苏醒快,质量高,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of sufentanil combined with propofol on Anesthesia and Recovery Period in Patients Undergoing Liposuction.Methods Sixty patients who underwent liposuction in the outpatient clinic from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected for discussion.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group,with 30 cases in each grouppatient.The experimental group used sufentanil combined with propofol continuous pumping to maintain anesthesia during liposuction,and the control group used propofol continuous pumping to maintain anesthesia.The time of postoperative pain,the pain degree of the two groups of patients before and after anesthesia,the operation time and postoperative recovery time and the alertness/sedation score(OAA/S)score of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The number of cases of pain in the experimental group at 0 h,3 h,6 h,9 h and 12 h after surgery was significantly less than that of the control group.The results were significantly different(P<0.05).12 h After anesthesia,the results showed that,The score of the experimental group was(1.37±3.5)and that of the control group was(4.83±3.3).The score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The results were significantly different(P<0.05)The operation time of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group.Obviously lower than the control group,compare the patients'recovery degree OAA/S score,the experimental group score is significantly higher than the control group,the results have a significant difference(P<0.05).The heart rate(HR)of the experimental group was(82±2.6)beats/min,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(90±3.2)beats/min,the results have a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sufentanil combined with propofol to anesthetize liposuction patients can significantly reduce the number of patients with pain,and reduce the pain degree after anesthesia.The re
