改良手术方式治疗耳前副耳临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨运用皮下减张手术方式在耳前副耳切除术后重建耳屏的临床应用。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月我科室收治的23例耳前副耳患者为研究对象,手术切除耳前副耳后运用皮下减张缝合方式重建耳屏,术后常规换药等对症治疗,观察术后重建耳屏成活情况、术区伤口愈合情况及重建耳屏的外形状况。结果手术切口均Ⅰ期愈合,其中21例患者获随访,随访时间为3~15个月,平均10个月,随访患者重建耳屏成活均良好,均未出现明显瘢痕,再造耳屏的外观自然,患者满意度较高。结论运用美容手术方式在治疗副耳畸形切除术后重建耳屏方面,具有并发症少,术后外观良好等优势,是一种疗效可靠的副耳畸形治疗方法,在临床应用中有一定参考价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application of subcutaneous tension-reducing surgery in the reconstruction of tragus after preauricular appendectomy.Methods January 2018-December 2020 I at the records of 23 patients with former deputy ear ear department as the research object,using subcutaneous reduction after surgical removal of the ear former vice ear reconstruction tragus zhang suture way,postoperative routine treatment,such as symptomatic treatment,observation of postoperative area reconstruction tragus survival situation,wound healing and the reconstruction of the tragus appearance condition.Results The surgical incisions were all healed atⅠstage,among which 21 patients were followed up for 3-15 months,with an average of 10 months.All patients survived the reconstruction of tragus with no obvious scar.The appearance of the reconstruction of tragus was natural,and the patients had high satisfaction.Conclusion The application of cosmetic surgery in the treatment of accessory ear deformity after reconstruction of tragus has fewer complications,good appearance and other advantages,is a reliable treatment of accessory ear deformity,has certain reference value in clinical application.
