摘　　要：目的探究脱细胞异种真皮对深Ⅱ度烧伤患者创面愈合及免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2021年5月收治的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者作为研究对象,依据其治疗方法的不同分为研究组(n=314)和对照组(n=186),对照组患者采用银离子烧烫伤贴包扎治疗,研究组患者则采用脱细胞异种真皮治疗,比较两组患者的愈合时间、发热例数比率、抗生素使用时间和换药次数及伤后第1、3、7、10天4个不同时间点外周血中淋巴细胞计数、免疫球蛋白及补体水平的变化。结果研究组患者的愈合时间、发热例数比率、抗生素使用时间和换药次数均要低于对照组患者(P<0.05);两组患者的外周血中淋巴细胞计数、免疫球蛋白及补体水平在伤后第1天均降低,而至第3天开始研究组患者的外周血中淋巴细胞计数、免疫球蛋白及补体水平开始高于对照组患者(P<0.05),第7天已恢复正常,而对照组患者第7、10天的外周血中淋巴细胞计数、免疫球蛋白及补体水平仍明显低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论采用脱细胞异种真皮对深Ⅱ度烧伤患者进行治疗,有利于患者的愈合,同时能够改善患者机体的免疫功能。Objective To investigate the effect of acellular xenogeneic dermis on wound healing and immune function in patients with deep second degree burn.Methods the patients with deep second degree burns treated in our hospital from January 2018 to may 2021 were selected as the research object.According to their different treatment methods,they were divided into the study group(n=314)and the control group(n=186).The patients in the control group were treated with povidone iodine bandage,and the patients in the study group were treated with acellular xenogeneic dermis.The healing time,the number of fever cases and the ratio of the two groups were compared The changes of lymphocyte count,immunoglobulin and complement level in peripheral blood at 4 different time points of 1,3,7 and 10 days after injury.Results the healing time,the ratio of fever cases,the use time of antibiotics and the times of dressing change in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The lymphocyte count,immunoglobulin and complement levels in peripheral blood of patients in the two groups decreased on the first day after injury.From the third day,the lymphocyte count,immunoglobulin and complement levels in peripheral blood of patients in the study group began to be higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and returned to normal on the seventh day,while the lymphocyte count,immunoglobulin and complement levels in peripheral blood of patients in the control group on the seventh and tenth days The levels of immunoglobulin and complement in the study group were still significantly lower than those in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion acellular xenogeneic dermis is beneficial to the healing of patients with deep second degree burn,and can improve the immune function of patients.
