二氧化碳点阵激光联合透明质酸敷料治疗痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探寻分析二氧化碳点阵激光与医用透明质酸敷料联合使用对治疗痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效。方法选取福建医科大学附属第一医院皮肤科门诊2019年08月-2020年12月治疗的198例面部痤疮瘢痕患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组99例。对照组给予二氧化碳点阵激光治疗及生理盐水湿敷,观察组给予二氧化碳点阵激光治疗联合医用透明质酸敷料湿敷。比较两组患者的治疗有效率、不良反应发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组患者不良反应发生率及患者满意度均优于对照组,上述差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组临床总有效率和显效率比较,有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),显效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二氧化碳点阵激光与医用透明质酸敷料联合使用可提高面部痤疮瘢痕患者治疗的临床疗效,提高患者满意度,且安全可耐受,无其他特殊不良反应发生。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effcets of carbon dioxide fractional laser combined with medical hyaluronic acid dressing in the treatment of acne scar.Methods 198 patients with facial acne scar treated in department of Dermatology from August 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 99 cases in each group.The patients in observation group were smeared with hyaluronic acid dressing after carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment for 30 minutes,while the control group was given saline-soaked gauze.The treatment efficiency,the incidence of adverse reactions and patient’s satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions and patient’s satisfaction in the observation group showed better improvement and significant differences in them before and after carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in overall effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),and There was significant difference in significant effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Using hyaluronic acid dressing after carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment can improve the clinical efficacy of facial acne scar patients,improve patient’s satisfaction.Meanwhile it’s safe and tolerable,without other special adverse reactions.
