热敏灸联合针刺治疗痰湿瘀滞型迟发性痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察热敏灸联合针刺治疗痰湿瘀滞型迟发性痤疮的临床疗效,并评估其安全性。方法痰湿瘀滞型迟发性痤疮患者60例,随机分为对照组30例,治疗组30例。对照组患者采用常规针刺治疗;治疗组患者采用热敏灸联合针刺治疗。两组均隔日治疗1次,治疗15次。观察两组治疗前后的皮损评分及中医症状积分,评价两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果治疗后两组的皮损评分(压痛、潮红、囊肿)和中医症状积分,均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),结节评分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组皮损评分(压痛、潮红、囊肿)及中医症状评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸联合针刺能够显著改善迟发性痤疮患者的炎症皮损,能有效改善患者痰湿瘀滞的症状,安全性较好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of Delayed Acne of phlegm dampness and blood stasis type,and to evaluate its safety.Methods 60 patients with Delayed Acne of phlegm dampness and blood stasis type were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture;the treatment group was treated with heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture.Both groups were treated every other day for 15 times.The skin lesion score and TCM symptom score of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was evaluated.Results after treatment,the skin lesion score(tenderness,flushing,cyst)and TCM symptom score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).and the nodule score had no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion scores(tenderness,flushing,cyst)and TCM symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the inflammatory lesions of patients with delayed acne,and can effectively improve the symptoms of phlegm dampness and blood stasis,with good safety.
