摘　　要：目的探讨眼周整形手术中实施精细化护理效果。方法:选取2020年4月至2021年4月期间我院美容医学部眼周整形164例作为研究对象,在眼周整形患者术前、术中及术后实施精细化护理并发症恢复的情况。结果:本组研究对象在进行常规手术和实施精细化护理后顺利完成了手术,且术后仅有1例血肿并发症恢复期较长。结论:在眼周整形手术中加强和重视眼周的精细化护理,促进了治疗效果,加快了恢复,提高了护理质量,有效降低了手术并发症。因此,该护理方法值得在临床上大力推广。Objective Discuss the effect of fine care in periocular plastic surgery.Methods:During April 2021,164 cases of periocular plastic surgery from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects to recover fine nursing complications before surgery,during and after surgery.Results:The subjects in this group successfully completed the operation after routine surgery and refined care,and only one patient had a long recovery period of hematoma complications.Conclusion:In the weekly eye plastic surgery,to strengthen and pay attention to the fine peripheral eye care,promote the treatment effect,accelerate the recovery,improve the quality of care,and effectively reduce the surgical complications.Therefore,this nursing method deserves great clinical promotion.
