摘　　要：基于设计概算编制单位的角度,分析了综合性市政工程特点和设计概算的管理现状及相关规定,结合设计概算的费用组成,探讨了综合性市政工程设计概算要点及质量控制措施,避免出现超概现象,提高政府投资效益。Based on the perspective of the design budget preparation unit,this paper analyzes the features of comprehensive municipal engineering and management status of design budget,combines the cost composition of the design budget,discusses the main points of comprehensive municipal engineering design budget and quality control measures,makes useful explorations for improving government investment efficiency.
