摘　　要：装配式建筑的效益分享对产业链主体的参与积极性有较大影响。全面阐述装配式建筑产业链及其主体情况,并围绕效益类型等三个维度对产业链效益进行全面展示。在此基础上从分配模式、分配原则和分享动力角度对装配式建筑产业链主体效益分享机制进行分析,以期能够为装配式建筑效益的合理分配以及提高相关主体参与积极性提供参考。The benefit sharing of prefabricated building has a great influence on the participation enthusiasm of the main body of the industrial chain.This paper comprehensively expounds the prefabricated construction industry chain and its main body,and comprehensively displays the benefits of the industry chain from the three dimensions of benefit types.On this basis,analyzes the benefit sharing mechanism of the main body of the prefabricated construction industry chain from the perspective of distribution mode,distribution principle and sharing power,in order to provide reference for the reasonable distribution of the prefabricated construction benefit and improving the participation enthusiasm of the relevant main body.
