摘　　要：大型储罐浮舱密封性在使用过程中起着至关重要的作用,储罐运行过程中密封不严会诱发火灾、爆炸、油品损耗、环境污染等事故。我单位对运行10年后的十万方大型外浮顶原油储罐泄漏进行了全面排查分析,并根据分析结果提出了多项控制措施,并展开了施工作业评估及后续施工的吹扫、清洗、漏点检查、焊补作业。文章从漏点的寻找、方案的对比、漏点产生的原因及焊接修复进行了阐述。The tightness of large storage tank floating cabin plays an important role in the process of use.If the tank is not tightly sealed during operation,it will cause fire,explosion,oil loss,environmental pollution and other accidents.Our company has carried out a comprehensive investigation and Analysis on the leakage of 100000 m^(3) large external floating roof crude oil storage tank after 10 years of operation,put forward a number of control measures according to the analysis results,and carried out the construction operation evaluation and subsequent construction of purging,cleaning,leakage point inspection and welding repair.This paper expounds the causes of leakage and welding repair from the aspects of searching for leakage,scheme comparison and leakage.
