生物安全柜在恶性脑肿瘤化疗药物配制中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析生物安全柜在恶性脑肿瘤化疗药物配制中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月~2019年10月本院化疗药物配置相关人员44例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组在化疗药物配置过程中不应用生物安全柜,观察组在化疗药物配置过程中应用生物安全柜。观察两组药物配置人员白细胞降低发生率、月经不调发生率和工作满意度。结果:观察组白细胞降低发生率和月经失调发生率分别为0.00%(0/22)和4.55%(1/22),均显著低于对照组的40.91%(9/22)和36.36%(8/22)(P<0.05)。观察组药物配置人员总工作满意度为100.00%(22/22),显著高于对照组的68.18%(15/22)(P<0.05)。结论:在恶性脑肿瘤化疗药物配制中应用生物安全柜可以有效保障药物配置人员的身体健康,提升工作满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of biosafety cabinet in the preparation of chemotherapy drugs for malignant brain tumor.Methods:44 patients with chemotherapy drug allocation in our hospital from June 2019 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group did not use the biosafety cabinet in the process of chemotherapy drug configuration,while the study group used the biosafety cabinet in the process of chemotherapy drug configuration.The incidence of leukopenia,irregular menstruation and job satisfaction were observed.Results:The incidence of leukopenia and menstrual disorders in the study group were 0.00%(0/22)and 4.55%(1/22),respectively,significantly lower than 40.91%(9/22)and 36.36%(8/22)of the control group(P<0.05).The total job satisfaction of drug dispensing personnel in the study group was 100.00%(22/22),significantly higher than 68.18%(15/22)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of biosafety cabinet in the preparation of chemotherapy drugs for malignant brain tumor can effectively protect the health of drug dispensing personnel and improve job satisfaction.
