摘　　要：目的:研究C臂DSA机与CT机的联合导向在介入手术中的应用。方法:将2017年1月~2019年1月本院收治的50例患者为本次研究对象,对以上患者采取C臂DSA机与CT机的联合导向介入治疗。对其治疗效果进行研究分析。结果:此次研究50例患者采用了C臂DSA机与CT机的联合导向下进行诊断以及治疗,以上患者介入手术共61次,穿刺成功率高达100%。其中,诊断进行穿刺活检为14例次,有7例诊断为阳性,阳性率为50.00%。以治疗为目的介入手术为50次。所有患者在行C臂DSA机与CT机的联合导向均未发生严重并发症。结论:C臂DSA机与CT机的联合导向在介入手术中的应用效果显著,其具有准确的定位,能够实现实时监控的特点,从而能够为介入治疗带来显著的向导作用。Objective:To study the application of the combined guidance of C-arm DSA machine and CT machine in interventional surgery.Methods:Fifty patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were the subjects of this study.The above patients were treated with combined guided interventional therapy with C-arm DSA machine and CT machine.Research and analyze its therapeutic effects.Results:In this study,50 patients were diagnosed and treated under the combined guidance of C-arm DSA machine and CT machine.The above patients had 61 interventional operations,and the puncture success rate was as high as 100%.Among them,14 cases were diagnosed by needle biopsy,and 7 cases were diagnosed as positive,and the positive rate was 50.00%.The number of interventional operations for the purpose of treatment is 50 times.No serious complications occurred in all patients under the combined guidance of C-arm DSA machine and CT machine.Conclusion:The combined guidance of C-arm DSA machine and CT machine has significant application effects in interventional surgery.It has the characteristics of accurate positioning and real-time monitoring,which can bring a significant guiding effect for interventional treatment.
