钢板螺钉内固定技术在四肢长管状骨创伤骨折治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究钢板螺钉内固定技术在四肢长管状骨创伤治疗中的应用价值。方法:以2019年1月~2020年1月本院收治的四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者(n=80例)作为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分类:对照组(n=40例,常规石膏外固定法术),观察组(n=40例,钢板螺钉内固定技术),对比两组四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者临床疗效、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、患肢功能恢复时间。结果:观察组骨折患者临床疗效显著高于对照组,组间数据对比P<0.05,而且观察组骨折患者住院时间、骨折愈合时间、患肢功能愈合恢复时间均早于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在四肢长管状骨折患者中采取钢板螺钉内固定术治疗有助于提升患者临床疗效,并改善患者预后康复速度。Objective:To explore the application value of plate and screw internal fixation technique in the treatment of long tubular bone trauma of extremities.Methods:During the study period from January 2019 to January 2020,patients with long tubular bone trauma fractures of the extremities(n=80 cases)were treated as research objects in this hospital,and they were classified according to different treatment methods:control group(n=40 cases,conventional plaster external fixation),the observation group(n=40 cases,plate and screw internal fixation technique),compare the clinical efficacy,hospitalization time,fracture healing time,and recovery time of affected limb function of the two groups of patients with long tubular bone trauma fractures of the limbs.Results:The clinical efficacy of the fracture patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The data comparison between the groups showed that P<0.05,and the hospitalization time,fracture healing time and recovery time of the affected limb function healing in the observation group were earlier than the control group:P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of plate and screw internal fixation in patients with long tubular fractures of extremities is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy of patients and improve the speed of prognosis and recovery of patients.
